Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

- Company: referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Pearls Bee Trade Corporation, 50/1, Riz Ahmed Square, Level # 9, V.I.P Road, Noya Palton, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh.

- Goods: refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

- Orders: mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

- Service: refers to the Website.

- Website: refers to Pearls Bee Trade Corporation, accessible from https://www.pearlsbee.com.

- You: means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

• You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 to 10 days without providing any reason.
• The cancellation period ends 7 to 10 days from the date on which You received the Goods, or on which a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the Goods.
• To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us with a clear statement through:

• We will reimburse You no later than 7 to 10 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method You used for the Order, with no additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
• The Goods were purchased within the last 7 to 10 days.
• The Goods are returned in their original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:
• Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods that by nature cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or have expired.
• Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
⚠️ Only regular priced Goods are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable (unless otherwise required by applicable law).

Returning Goods

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us.
• Please send the Goods to the following address:

• We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.
• Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

বড় হাতের অক্ষরে অক্ষরে লেখা শব্দগুলির অর্থ নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীর অধীনে সংজ্ঞায়িত করা হয়েছে। নিম্নলিখিত সংজ্ঞাগুলি একবচন বা বহুবচন আকারে প্রদর্শিত হোক না কেন প্রযোজ্য হবে।

সংজ্ঞা

- কোম্পানি: এই চুক্তিতে "কোম্পানি", "আমরা", "আমাদের" বা "আমাদের" হিসাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে) পার্লস বি ট্রেড কর্পোরেশন, ৫০/১, রিজ আহমেদ স্কয়ার, লেভেল # ৯, ভি.আই.পি. রোড, নয়া পল্টন, ঢাকা-১০০০, বাংলাদেশকে বোঝায়।

- পণ্য: পরিষেবাতে বিক্রয়ের জন্য দেওয়া আইটেমগুলিকে বোঝায়।

- অর্ডার: আমাদের কাছ থেকে পণ্য কেনার জন্য আপনার অনুরোধকে বোঝায়।

- পরিষেবা: ওয়েবসাইটকে বোঝায়।

- ওয়েবসাইট: পার্লস বি ট্রেড কর্পোরেশনকে বোঝায়, https://www.pearlsbee.com থেকে অ্যাক্সেসযোগ্য।

- আপনি: পরিষেবাটি অ্যাক্সেস করা বা ব্যবহার করা ব্যক্তি, অথবা সেই কোম্পানি, অথবা অন্য কোনও আইনি সত্তা যার পক্ষে এই ব্যক্তি পরিষেবাটি অ্যাক্সেস করা বা ব্যবহার করছেন, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে।

আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার

• কোনও কারণ ছাড়াই ৭ থেকে ১০ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার আপনার রয়েছে।

বাতিলের সময়কাল আপনি যে তারিখে পণ্যটি পেয়েছেন, অথবা যে তারিখে তৃতীয় পক্ষ (ক্যারিয়ার ব্যতীত) পণ্যটি দখল করে, তার ৭ থেকে ১০ দিনের মধ্যে শেষ হবে।

ফেরতের শর্তাবলী

ফেরত পাওয়ার যোগ্য হতে, অনুগ্রহ করে নিশ্চিত করুন যে:

• পণ্যগুলি গত ৭ থেকে ১০ দিনের মধ্যে কেনা হয়েছে।

• পণ্যগুলি তাদের আসল প্যাকেজিংয়ে ফেরত দেওয়া হয়েছে।

নিম্নলিখিত পণ্যগুলি ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না:

• আপনার নির্দিষ্টকরণ অনুসারে তৈরি বা স্পষ্টভাবে ব্যক্তিগতকৃত পণ্য।

• যে পণ্যগুলি স্বাভাবিকভাবেই ফেরত দেওয়া যায় না, দ্রুত খারাপ হয়ে যায় বা মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ হয়ে যায়।

যেসব পণ্য স্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষা বা স্বাস্থ্যবিধির কারণে ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য অনুপযুক্ত এবং ডেলিভারির পরে সিল করা হয়।

যেসব পণ্য ডেলিভারির পরে অন্যান্য আইটেমের সাথে অবিচ্ছেদ্যভাবে মিশ্রিত হয়।

⚠️ উপরের শর্তগুলি পূরণ করে না এমন যেকোনো পণ্য ফেরত প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি।

⚠️ শুধুমাত্র নিয়মিত মূল্যের পণ্যগুলি ফেরত পাওয়ার যোগ্য। বিক্রয়কৃত পণ্যগুলি ফেরতযোগ্য নয় (প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুসারে অন্যথায় প্রয়োজন না হলে)।

পণ্যগুলি ফেরত দেওয়া

• আমাদের কাছে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার খরচ এবং ঝুঁকির জন্য আপনি দায়ী।

• অনুগ্রহ করে পণ্যগুলি নিম্নলিখিত ঠিকানায় পাঠান:

• ফেরত পাঠানোর সময় পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা হারিয়ে গেলে তার জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না। আমরা একটি বীমাকৃত এবং ট্র্যাকযোগ্য কুরিয়ার পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করার পরামর্শ দিচ্ছি।

• পণ্যের প্রকৃত প্রাপ্তি বা ফেরত ডেলিভারির প্রমাণ ছাড়া ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না।
